The Toolstation staff at New Eltham are always very helpful. Today I collected an order to took my sander there for advice as I couldn't removed a screw from my sanding plate. One awesome lady managed to remove it using an elastuc bad and screwdriver, I was over the moon and then another awesome lady helped me to order the right size screws for my new sander plate. As a female on my own without much DIY knowledge I always find that the staff go out of their way to help and advice when I ask them a quesiton. Excellent service as always well done ladies and thank you ever so much
