My Rotory watch stopped working so took to local watch repairer (not Timpson) told me fault was with day & date winder which I found hard to believe, would give me an estimated cost and repair time naturally declined, ( there was no time change to alter watch) On personal recommdation visited Timpson inside Victoria Station gave me a quote for battery 1yr garentee or life time guarantee, with watch working perfectly after battery replacement went for life-time replacement which can be carried out by any Timpson outlet, this was 27th June 2017. on April 16th 2021 I returned to Timpson Victoria Station as watch had stopped, battery replaced free of charge without any questions asked, with my gareentee card returned. Honesty is the Policy in which Timpson Victoria Station staff professionally showed. Had I decided to have watch repaired elsewhere who knows how much expense I would have paid out.
