What an awful visit to the nationwide bank in Warminster today! I waited atleast half an hour to be served as there was only one counter open, the cashier was having a Merry chat about a number of different things that really were not relevant when there was big que of people waiting outside in freezing cold weather conditions. Then a second cashier decided to appear and seemed to purposely take a very long time to open up and serve me. The customer service I have received in this branch on multiple occasions is absolutely disgusting! And I try to avoid it at all costs! Sort it out nationwide! Perhaps get some better staff members to work in your Warminster branch!
