They maybe the biggest building society in the world ( so they state ) but Blyth has the smallest branch in this society but the easiest way to find it is to look for a queue in an out of the way place. In normal times they have two tills, with Covid it is one , I waited 30 minutes just to put a cheque into my account , luckily it was dry but cold. Why does a society like this spend large sums of money having people waffling on TV with nonsensical poems instead of relocating this branch into the town centre. I for one will be closing my account with this society
