My husband is a truck driver paid 27.00 to park at these services and got a 10.00 food voucher went to get a MacDonald’s only to be told by a member of staff he had to order on the self service machine then cancel the order and she would pick up the order and take the voucher payment. My husband did this went the counter only to be greeted by the same member of staff as if they had never met she was very unhelpful and very condersending my husbands works 15 hour days delivering food to lots of companies including macdonalds surly there should be a easier process to use food vouchers and maybe send your staff in customer services courses. I think there is a lot of respect missing from this world and it costs nothing to be polite and helpful or find a different job. My husband left MacDonald’s without any food so well done you that’s really good customer service. And please don’t blame COVID-19 as this person had no manners far before covid
