Your branch needs to rethink of training your workers on customers service!! Disgusting behaviour by one of your worker. This poor girl was calling out racist shoppers in your store and instead of telling them to leave store, cashier had audacity to tell the victim off!! Just shows the kind of customer service this store offers.

A young Asian woman was racially abused here by customers yesterday. The cashier did absolutely NOTHING to deal with the situation, or even defend the woman who was being dealt abuse. Instead, he made it all about him and played the victim because he was "having a stressful day." and "needed to do his job" His "job", should also be to create a safe and comfortable environment for the people shopping where he works, which means adequately punishing racists when they abuse other people. Instead, he asked the Asian woman to leave, and not the racists. It was an incredibly pathetic and disgusting display to witness the cashier complain and play the victim in front of a woman who had just dealt with racial abuse, COMPLETELY dismissing her and not taking her seriously. All this has shown us is that your establishment is a hostile environment for anyone of a BAME background, because your staff are complacent when it comes to racial abuse. It's appalling I will no longer be shopping here and have informed everyone locally to do the same, and I strongly advise whoever is in charge to fire that cashier promptly, as that behaviour is unacceptable. 1 star, but I'd give 0 if I could

2 inadequate adults were racist to a young Asian women who has evidence of what the manager said to her ‘calm down ‘ don’t make my life harder ‘ just get out the shop already ‘ when he should of set the record straight with the shabby adults who were being inhumane towards another unproblematic woman who was minding her business . It’s a shame that u have to give at least one star I wouldn’t give this a rating or a spec of anything .The manager needs to be sacked . And the other 2 low life’s need to be arrested .

Staff member needs adequate training because they think responding in a negative manner to a victim of racism is ok

they allow racists incidents to happen in the shop and defend the racist aggressors, whilst being shockingly rude to the victim. absolutely disgusting customer service and blatantly protecting racists. take your money somewhere else
