Shout out to ‘Lewis’ and his manager (don’t know his name) in st James quarter Edinburgh for going above and beyond on Friday 15th October. I forgot to use my student discount on an expensive order I made at the checkout, and they sorted it out for me (which involved several phone calls to main office etc), none of which they had to do, they could easily have fobbed me off, but they didn’t, excellent customer service in this shop well done guys 🙌🏻 And many thanks again 😃
