Rude, unfriendly, grey haired shop assistant! I popped into the Ludlow store this morning, as I was courteously checking to see there were no more than three people in store as they request, I was met by a glaring woman who bit my head off as I stepped in because I hadn’t instantly seen the hand sanitiser. A smile and a friendly request goes a long way!!!! She was un-masked behind her screen so her rudeness was visible not only in tone. I no longer felt like shopping after such an unwelcome entrance. Maybe some staff training in politeness and maybe even smiling and saying hello as your customers walk in. Shall shop elsewhere in future.
