I went to Costas peace haven yesterday 24 jan 2021 and was told tom the manager has been dismissed sacked. I could not believe it tom and Mandy were the most reliable in the shop, these two keep the place ticking over and clean in these uncertain days. he. tom was so polite and helpful nothing any problem he will always help every body people in wheelchairs women with prams he had the patience of a saint good chap,,he should be re-instated asap he is good for the shop please sort this problem out sacked when the country is in turmoil we need more chaps like him, whoever sacked him re-consider for the sake of Costas in peace haven,,the other staff are just kids an struggle to make Costas coffee taste like it should. please sort this asap,,, my phone number a regular Costas user. 07714623493.
