i was advised by doctor to collect urgent prescription on Saturday, I was unable to do that so I phoned Sunday a.m. to see if ready, dozens of attempts, no answer. My daughter walked over a mile to collect prescriptions(I had regular meds to pick up too) asked for all drugs but when I opened them up no antibiotics. I had to go to shop in person, only two staff present, they had lost the guy in fronts meds. Twenty minutes later I asked for prescription, explaining circumstances got a half hearted apology and had to wait for five more minutes.Luckily there wasnt a queue or it would have been worse. Almost thirty minutes waiting in a shop when I was supposed to be staying safe at home. I think the answer is more staff to enable Boots to provide the service we have grown to expect.
