Rude pharmacist. Ignorant staff. Only one other customer in the shop when I arrived. Assistant was stacking shelves nearby and I had to walk past her to get to the counter. Stood for a minute or two until I was seen to by another member of staff. It is not my problem that you have to download prescription requests from the Doctor surgery. After standing for a few minutes near the counter at the front of the store I moved away to the middle of the store to allow social distancing of the other customers. During that time my name was called, it took me 3 seconds to walk back to the counter but the pharmacist was already back behind the counter. I stood in the designated spot for another minute then the rude pharmacist shouted asking me what I wanted. I explained that I had heard my name called. He then said "She called your name five minutes ago" She hadn't. I'd been stood at the counter 5 minutes ago. There is no need to be rude. I cannot help that the new way of working may make your job a little harder or more pressured. I was happy to wait, however long it would take. Unnecessary to speak to people in that way.
