Barclays in Ladbroke Grove Opening Times

My name is Sharon Kaur and I would like to highly commend Mark Parkinson from the Ladbroke Grove branch, for his effort in helping me regain access to my old Barclays card & setting it all up for me in record time, despite the bank about to close. I would have written this review 7 months ago when I first met him had I not lost his business card until now. However, I am glad I found it because he is awesome and deserves a promotion for his dedication and effort to Barclays! I feel lucky to have found Mark as from the get go, he was helpful, put me at ease while I was panicking and showed understanding for my situation. Mark is calm, proactive and highly professional (he was also keeping others in the loop of his availability on the go, and providing quick advice to them on what best to do next whilst he waited for my card to be processed ). He is very quick on his feet and able to adapt to last minute changes which not only made my visit to Barclays a breeze, but also fun! I enjoyed hearing about his perspective to my questions, which he answered seamlessly- he is clearly a strategic thinker that genuinely looks out for customers. He also provided accurate information on other available services at Barclays and was able to open my mind to consider purchasing them without being pushy (My partner purchased them so there was no need for me to do so).  His lightning speed operational excellence and calm reassurance made it such a seamless viewing. This guy will be an asset in any bank he moves to. His easygoing, non-pushy nature makes you want to only utilise his services. I would recommend that you do not hesitate to contact him for your application . Truly, you have a star in your midst!
