Good products and price fpr all my deliveries... ..but can't talk to anyone on the phone on line customer service really poor..they know very little and give inaccurate information..like telling me that the driver sends the ETA text,,not true... ETA is set when the delivery round begins. The driver has no company phone to contact me. Also told me that if a driver arrives before contracted slot and no one home..they simply cancel the order and don't come back later. How bad is this? I don't hold the individual responsible but ASDA needs to improve comms, processes and customer service.
