She said: "I know I look really, really different since you last saw me." With that, she was referring to her last appearance at Glastonbury Festival in 2016.

She proceeded by saying: "But actually, because of all the Covid restrictions…I had to travel light and I could only bring half of me, and this is the half I chose."

In one of the pictures she posted, where she was celebrating the last August’s bank holiday weekend, she looked fabulous with the result she is getting from her weight loss journey.

According to her, sticking to her new eating routine has made it possible for her to stop eating and taking certain foods and drinks. For instance, Adele said she has long stopped taking spicy foods, alcohol, cigarettes, and even caffeine.
